Flat bread pizza with kebab

190 g Cattle Kebab
170 g Tomato cubes
1 tbsp Tomato puree
Pepper from the mill
Chili Flakes
Dried basil
2 Garlic cloves
250 g Flat bread
80 g Grated Gouda
0,5 Green Paprika
1 White Onion

This flat bread pizza with kebab can be prepared quickly and easily, tastes delicious and is inexpensive. Remove the required amount of kebab from the package and defrost at room temperature. For the tomato sauce, pour the tomato cubes into a small saucepan with the juice and mix with the tomato paste. Bring the tomato sauce to the boil once and reduce the temperature to medium. Season the tomato sauce with pepper from the mill, salt, chilli flakes, dried basil and pressed garlic cloves spicy and simmer for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 225° and line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut a round flat bread horizontally into two halves with a sharp bread knife. Use the lower half for the flatbread pizza with kebab, the upper half keeps itself fresh in aluminium foil and can be used elsewhere. Place the flat bread on the baking tray and spread with the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with grated gouda. Cut half a green pepper crosswise into small strips and spread over the Gouda. Spread the kebab, as shown in the picture above, over the flat bread pizza. Peel and halve a mild white onion, cut into thin slices and sprinkle over the kebab. Bake the flatbread pizza with kebab on the middle rack for about 15 minutes until the kebab begins to brown slightly.
