150 g Cooked ham

Bohemian ham Fleckerl is a typical dish of Czech cuisine. Cook the noodles. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Brush a thin layer of butter into the casserole dish. Cut the ham into small cubes. Peel onion and dice finely. In a frying pan, let out 30 g butter. Brown the onions. Drain the pasta and mix in. Fill the casserole dish with Bohemian ham Fleckerl. For the icing, whisk the eggs with the cream. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Cover Bohemian ham Fleckerl with the icing. Bake on the middle rack for 25 minutes. Spread 10 g butter in flakes over the casserole. Cover with aluminium foil. Bake for another 5 minutes. Bohemian ham Fleckerl tastes good with fresh salad.
