Avocado dip with wild garlic

Avocado dip with wild garlic

This spicy avocado dip with wild garlic tastes great with crackers, as a bread spread or with steak. Squeeze lemon juice. Peel the avocado, remove the core and place in a bowl. Pour the juice over it. Crush the avocado with a fork until creamy. Season the dip with pepper, salt and chilli powder. Wash and dry the wild garlic and remove the stalks. Cut the wild garlic into fine strips and mix into the dip. Quarter tomatoes, remove seeds, dice and fold into avocado dip with wild garlic.
