125 g Rice
0,25 l Vegetable broth
100 g Ajvar Paprika Sauce
50 g Pickled peppers
Pepper from the mill

Ajvar rice is a spicy side dish with roasted or grilled meat. Peel onion and garlic. Cut into fine cubes. Heat oil in a saucepan. Brown the onions and garlic. Stir in the rice and fry until translucent. Deglaze with broth. Bring to the boil. Switch temperature to low level. Put a lid on it. Let the rice soak for 20 minutes. Stir in Ajvar. Drain the peppers. Cut into small cubes. Mix rice with the Ajvar. Season Ajvar rice with pepper and salt. Finely chop the parsley. Sprinkle rice over the Ajvar.
