Bread rolls with Mett sausage should not be missing on any cold buffet. For the rolls with Mett sausage I used hearty crispy grains rolls. Cut the grains into rolls and spread each half with a thin layer of soft butter. Rinse some leaves of iceberg lettuce and dry with the salad spinner. Place the lettuce leaves on the rolls and decoratively arrange the gherkins with the minced sausage, drain well and cut lengthwise. Decorate the gherkins fan-like on the rolls with Mett sausage.
