Asparagus bread roll with cook ham

2 tbsp Tartar sauce
40 g Iceberg Salad
1 Glass asparagus
120 g Cooked ham

Asparagus rolls with cooked ham not only look decorative, they also taste particularly juicy and are a low-calorie variant of sandwiches. Halve fresh rolls with a sharp bread knife and spread each half with a thin layer of Remoulade. Rinse four leaves of iceberg lettuce under running water and dry best in a salad spinner. Remove the thick middle stalk and place one lettuce leaf on each half of each roll. Drain the asparagus well from the glass and cut the asparagus spears crosswise once so that they are not too long and hang over the sides of the asparagus roll. Cover the thinly sliced ham with the asparagus, roll it up as shown in the picture above and arrange it on the rolls. Asparagus bread rolls with cook ham as desired additionally decorate with some spots of Remoulade.
