For basil yoghurt dip, pour the yoghurt into a bowl and stir in the quark. Season the yoghurt with pepper and salt. Peel the garlic, press through the garlic press and mix into the yoghurt. Put some leaves of basil aside for decoration. Remove the remaining basil leaves from the stems and cut into fine strips. Mix the basil with the yoghurt and pour into small bowls. Decorate the basil yoghurt dip with the basil leaves shortly before serving.
