50 g Sugar
30 g Chopped almonds
30 g Sultanas
0,5 packet Vanilla sauces powder

Apple pancake with vanilla sauce is a sweet main course. Season the flour with a pinch of salt. Stir in 1/8 L milk and eggs. Peel and chop the apples. Preheat the oven to 50° C to keep the finished apple pancakes warm. Melt 10 g margarine per serving in a pan. Dissolve 10 g sugar in it. Stir a third of the apples at high temperature until they caramelise lightly. Add almonds and sultanas. Pour a third of the dough over it. Let the apple pancakes brown lightly at medium temperature. As soon as the surface begins to stagnate, let the apple pancake slide onto a plate. Put it back in the pan upside down. For the sauce mix vanilla sauce powder with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bring 1/4 litre milk to the boil. Stir in vanilla sauce powder. Let the sauce thicken slightly. Arrange apple pancakes with vanilla sauce on preheated plates.
