Asparagus salad with ham and egg
Quantity Ingredient
3 Eggs
250 g Asparagus sections
100 g Cooked ham
50 g Bresso Fresh Cheese
1 tbsp Cream
1 tsp Mustard
Pepper from the mill
2 tbsp Cut leek

This asparagus salad with ham and egg is easy to prepare. Boil the eggs hard in 10 minutes. Drain the asparagus. Cut the ham into strips. For the salad sauce mix Bresso, cream and mustard. Season with pepper. Let the eggs cool in cold water, peel and cut into small cubes with the egg cutter. Put some egg, asparagus and ham aside for decoration. Mix the remaining ingredients with the salad sauce. Arrange asparagus salad with ham and egg in a bowl. Sprinkle with finely chopped leek.
