Ayam Goreng - fried chicken is a traditional dish of Indonesian cuisine. Ayam Goreng - roasted chicken becomes particularly tender and remains very juicy by the roasting in the baking oven. Soak the tamarind in lukewarm water for 30 minutes. Then crush and stir until a brownish brew is obtained. Pour through a sieve into a bowl. Mix with soy sauce. Season with 1 teaspoon each of ginger, coriander and chilli. Add a little pepper and salt. Press garlic through the garlic press and add. Rinse and dry the chicken. Cut off wings and clubs. Cut the chicken in half. Cut chest and back into two parts each. Turn all parts in the marinade. Allow to infuse for 1 to 2 hours. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Place chicken pieces on a baking tray. Push into the oven on the middle rail. Reduce temperature to 180° C. Ayam Goreng - cook fried chicken in the oven for 30 minutes. Boil the rice. Fill rice into small bowls. Arrange Ayam Goreng - fried chicken on top. Decorate as desired with tomatoes and salad. Asian spice sauces or dips taste good with it.
