Apple mush yoghurt is a very tasty and inexpensive dessert that can be prepared without much effort. If, for example, you fill the apple puree yoghurt into decorative glasses and decorate it with waffles, you even get an optically very appealing dessert, which can also be prepared for a celebration in large quantities. You can prepare the apple puree yoghurt well and put it in the fridge until serving. The waffles should only be put into the apple puree yoghurt shortly before serving so that they remain crispy. First pour three tablespoons of apple puree into each glass. Greek yoghurt with a fat content of 10% is particularly suitable for desserts because it is creamy and does not melt. In the glass a spoonproof layer forms on the apple puree, as can be seen in the picture above. Put the yoghurt in a bowl and stir with liquid honey until smooth. Spread the yoghurt over the apple puree and cover with the remaining apple puree. Apple mush yogurt tastes particularly good when chilled well. Shortly before serving, decorate the apple mush yoghurt with waffles.
