Caesar dressing

Caesar dressing can be used in many ways. For the Caesar dressing, place a fresh egg in boiling water for one minute. Rinse the egg and pour the yolk into a bowl. The protein is not needed. Rinse the anchovies fillet, dry, add to the egg yolk and crush finely with a fork. Press garlic through and stir in. Add vinegar, lemon juice and a few dashes of Worcester sauce to the Caesar dressing and season with salt and pepper. Slowly add the oil, beating vigorously with a whisk until the Caesar dressing is creamy. Stir the sour cream, finely grated Parmesan cheese and finely chopped capers into the Caesar dressing.
