Potato casserole with rose cabbage

Potato casserole with rose cabbage is a hearty casserole that is inexpensive, satiates well and is easy to prepare. Pell potatoes and rose cabbage 15 to 20 minutes cook. Drain the water. Peel and halve the potatoes. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Season minced meat with pepper, salt and curry powder. Form small meatballs with slightly moistened hands. Heat the lard in a pan. Brown the meatballs. Finely dice the onions and fry them briefly. Shortly fry the peel of potatoes and cabbage roses. Season with salt and pepper. If the pan is not ovenproof, pour everything into a casserole dish. Whisk egg and milk. Season with pepper and salt and pour cabbage over the potato casserole with roses. Sprinkle Gouda over the casserole. Bake on the middle rack for 15 minutes.
