In the 70s, Mett hedgehogs were a must on any cold buffet. If you later want to eat the mince on rolls, the quantity is sufficient for 5 to 6 rolls. Season the meat with pepper and salt and form into a hedgehog. For the spines, cut a smaller onion into sticks. For eyes, nose and ears of Mett hedgehog use black olives with stone. Cut off a small lid at the top and bottom. For the hedgehog's ears, the discs are halved again. Prepare Mett hedgehog as freshly as possible and eat on the same day.
