Broccoli casserole with goulash

Broccoli casserole with goulash

Broccoli casserole with goulash tastes very juicy due to the spicy sauce. Cut pork goulash into smaller cubes. Dice the onion. Heat the lard in a pan. Brown the goulash thoroughly. Season with pepper, salt, chilli and pressed garlic. Place a lid on the oven and set the temperature to a medium level. Dice the tomato and add to the goulash after 15 minutes. Add stock, thicken slightly with Saucen Binder and braise at low temperature for 30 minutes. Pell potatoes boil. Cut the florets off the broccoli. Peel the stems, cut into pieces and place in a pot. Add plenty of water and bring to the boil. Add salt and broccoli. Reduce the temperature and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain broccoli, rinse with cold water and drain. Preheat the oven to 180° C for the casserole. Peel potatoes, cut into slices, fill into a casserole dish and season with salt and chilli. Fill with goulash and sauce. Add broccoli. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the casserole and pour the cream over it. Bake the casserole on the middle rack for 10 minutes.
