Avocado salad with salmon looks particularly decorative when served in avocado halves. Avocado salad with salmon is also very suitable as a small snack with a glass of wine and baguette. For the Gravlax sauce, pour a fresh egg yolk into a mixing beaker and mix with mustard. Gradually add the oil and mash until a creamy mayonnaise is obtained. Mix sugar and 4 teaspoons lemon juice, stir into the mayonnaise and mix in chopped dill. Cut the salmon into pieces and fold in.
