Canapes with Serrano ham

60 g Baguette
10 g Butter
Garlic
30 g Head salad
60 g Serrano ham
6 Olives with paprika

Canapes with Serrano ham taste particularly aromatic if you prepare the garlic butter and let it steep a little. Cut the baguette into slices at a slight angle. Pour the soft butter into a bowl. Peel garlic, press through the garlic press, mix in and spread thinly on the baguette slices. Cover canapes with salad. Cut the Serrano ham into thin slices. Fold the Serrano ham loosely and arrange on the canapes. Cut olives into slices and place on kitchen paper. Decorate canapes with Serrano ham shortly before serving with olives.
