Fried noodles with minced meat

Fried noodles with minced meat is a spicy Chinese dish. Cook spaghetti in 8 minutes until al dente. They should not be fully cooked as they are still fried. Put ground beef in a bowl. Season with five spice powder, salt and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Clean leek onions. Cut diagonally into pieces. Cut red bell pepper into fine strips. Peel ginger and garlic. Cut both into fine slices. Pour spaghetti into a colander. Rinse with cold water until cold. Drain well. Crack eggs into a bowl. Season with salt and whisk. Heat 1 tablespoon peanut oil in a wok. Add eggs. Allow to set on low heat. Drain omelet on paper towels. Cut into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok. Sear ground meat vigorously. Pour into a bowl. Stir-fry spaghetti on high heat. Add minced meat, garlic and ginger. Mix in fried noodles. Add leek onions and bell bell pepper. Season fried noodles with minced meat with brown cane sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and sambal oelek paste. Mix fried noodles with omelet.
