Onion Grilled Roast Roast

Onion Roast Roast is a traditional dish from Austria. Beat two slices of Roast Beef flat with the flat side of the meat knocker. Cut the fat edge from the grill roast at a distance of 1 cm slightly. Preheat the oven to 80° C. Season the roast meat with pepper and salt and dust with 2 teaspoons of flour. Heat butter lard in a pan. Roast roast 1 to 2 minutes on each side hot fry, put on plates and keep warm in the oven. Cut onions into rings. Put the butter in the hot pan. Brown onion rings at medium temperature, dust with 2 teaspoons flour and deglaze with some broth. Add the rest of the broth little by little. Simmer the onions until a creamy sauce is obtained. Spread the onion sauce over the roast.
