Camembert in leaves dough

Camembert in leaves dough is served warm. Defrost the leaves for 10 minutes. Quarter the Camembert and sprinkle with pepper. Preheat baking oven to 225° C. Lightly dust the leaves of the dough with flour. Roll out to two squares with a side length of 18 cm and cut into four triangles. Wrap Camembert in the leaves dough. Separate the egg into two bowls. Spread the egg whites on the seams of the dough and press down firmly. Whisk the egg yolks, spread the dough on the leaves and sprinkle with almond leaves. Place Camembert on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake on the middle rack for 10 minutes. Serve Camembert with salad, cranberries and pear slices.
