Flat Bread Pizza is a quick, easy and inexpensive variation to Ready Pizza. It is suitable well for the remainder utilization, since one can fill the flat bread pizza at will also with other ingredients. Half a flat of bread is sufficient for two persons, because the flat of bread saturates well. For the tomato sauce, place the tomato cubes from the tin together with the juice in a small saucepan and mix with the tomato paste. Bring the tomato sauce to the boil once, switch back to medium heat and simmer for approx. 5 minutes. Season the tomato sauce with pepper, salt, oregano and chilli powder. Peel the garlic, press through the garlic press and add to the tomato sauce. Cut a flat loaf of bread horizontally in half with a sharp bread knife. Wrap one half in aluminium foil for freshness and use elsewhere. Preheat the oven to 225° or convection oven 200°. Spread half of the flat bread with a good half of the tomato sauce. Grate the Gouda finely in the cheese mill and sprinkle about half of it on the tomato sauce. Peel an onion, halve and cut into fine slices. Spread the onions on the flatbread pizza. Place the thinly sliced salami on the onions. Remove white seeds and skins from half a red and half a green pepper. Halve the paprika halves crosswise and cut into strips, as shown in the picture above. Sprinkle the pepper strips on the flatbread pizza. Pour the corn into a sieve and rinse under running water until the water remains clear. Drain the corn well and spread the pizza on the bread. Spread the rest of the tomato sauce on the vegetables and sprinkle with the remaining Gouda. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the flat bread pizza on the baking tray and bake in the preheated oven at 225° or 200° circulating air for approx. 10 minutes on the middle shelf until the edge of the flat bread becomes slightly crispy.
