Ham roll with salad

1 tbsp Cut leek
100 g Iceberg Salad
2 Grain bread rolls
80 g Serrano ham

Ham rolls with salad are quick and easy to prepare. Due to the marinade of the salad, the grains taste very juicy bread rolls, so that no further spread has to be used. Thus the ham rolls with salad are suitable also as a meal in the context of a diet. Instead of Serrano ham you can also use Parma ham. For the marinade halve a lemon and squeeze the juice with a lemon squeezer. Put the lemon juice in a salad bowl and season with salt and pepper. Using a whisk, stir olive oil vigorously into the lemon juice until a creamy marinade is obtained. Cut the chives into fine rolls with a sharp kitchen knife and add to the marinade. Cut the iceberg lettuce into fine strips, as shown in the picture above, and add to the marinade. The seasoning of the marinade is softened by the grain bread roll again somewhat. However, if the marinade tastes too intense, you can either soften it with a pinch of sugar or extend it with a tablespoon of water. Cut the bread rolls into two halves with a bread knife and cover with the salad shortly before serving. Remove the thicker fat from the Serrano ham. Place several thin slices of Serrano ham on top of the salad and cover with the top half of the grain bread roll. Serve the ham rolls with salad immediately so that they do not become too soft.
