Chicken in sherry tapas is a small appetizer that is served in Spain as tapas with white bread. Dice chicken breast fillet. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sear chicken vigorously. Turn heat to medium. Finely slice garlic cloves and add. Cut chilli pod into fine rings, remove seeds and add. Season chicken with salt, paprika powder and a pinch of sugar. Pour in sherry. Boil down sauce for 4 to 5 minutes. The typical taste of Chicken in Sherry Tapas is obtained by rounding off the sauce with a small pinch of ground cinnamon. Serve the Chicken in Sherry Tapas on small plates. Serve with white bread.
