Noodle salad with cheese sauce

120 g Penne Noodles
100 g Sour cream
80 g Gorgonzola cheese
1 tbsp Milk
Pepper from the mill
1 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Cut leek
2 tbsp Basil
0,5 White Onion
4 Tomatoes
20 g Pine nuts

Noodle salad with cheese sauce tastes spicy and goes very well with meat loaf or meatballs. Cook the penne, pour into a sieve and allow to cool. For the cheese sauce sour cream and coarsely chopped gorgonzola crush with a fork. Dilute the cheese sauce with some milk and season with plenty of pepper from the mill. Since the Gorgonzola is already spicy enough, no salt is needed. Finely chop the parsley, chives and basil and stir in. Add noodles. Cut half a white onion into fine rings. Eighth tomatoes with a tomato knife and remove the seeds. Mix onions and tomatoes with the noodle salad. Dry fry the pine nuts in a coated pan without adding fat until they begin to smell and brown slightly, as shown in the picture above. Just before serving, sprinkle the pine nuts over the noodle salad with cheese sauce to keep them crispy.
