Kassler Onion Meat Countrywomen Art

Kassler Onion Meat Countrywomen Art

Kassler onion meat tastes good as a side dish with fried potatoes or as a hearty cold cut. Put the Kassler salmon meat in a pot and cover with water. Add vinegar, peppercorns, bay leaves and salt. Put on a lid and bring to the boil briefly. Cook Kassler at low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Slice onions into thin slices. Drain the Kassler. Season the meat broth with a little salt. Cut the salmon meat into fine slices and place in an ovenproof dish alternating with the onions. Season with pepper and cover with broth. Leave Kassler Zwiebel meat to stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours until covered until serving, so that the spices can unfold and the onions become soft.
