Liver Chinese style is prepared in a wok. Cut pork liver Chinese style into long strips. For the marinade, mix food starch, 3 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon water. Mix Chinese style liver into the marinade. Cover and let stand. Boil rice briefly in 0.125 L salt water. Cover with lid. Let swell for 20 minutes. Cut leek and leek onions into fine rings. Heat soy oil in a wok. Stir-fry liver Chinese style with marinade vigorously for 1 minute. Turn temperature to medium. Add vegetables. Season with sugar, five spice powder, finely diced garlic and salt. Add 0,15 L water and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Serve the Chinese liver with rice on warmed plates.
