Asian rice salad with prawns

125 g Rice
0,25 l Water
Salt
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
3 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Soy sauce
Wasabi Paste
10 g Ginger
250 g Cucumber salad
150 g Radish
1 tbsp Cut leek
150 g Crabs
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Fresh coriander

Asian rice salad with prawns reminds tastefully of Sushi, because the same spices are used. Put the rice in a saucepan. Cover with water. Add salt. Put the lid on. Bring to the boil. Leave rice to swell for 20 minutes at the lowest level. Allow to cool. For the salad sauce mix rice vinegar, oil, soy sauce and a pinch of Wasabi paste. Peel the ginger, cut into fine cubes and add to the mixture. Peel the cucumber, cut into fine sticks and add. Cut radishes into fine sticks and mix in. Cut leek into fine rolls. Mix into the salad. Add rice. Fold in shrimps. Asian rice salad with prawns 30 minutes in the refrigerator let draw. Toast sesame seeds. Sprinkle salad over the rice. Asian rice salad with crabs decorated with coriander.
