Bean Salad

Bean salad is versatile. Bean salad tastes very piquant due to the spicy marinade. Kidney beans and white beans rinse and drain. Cut leek onions into thin rings and sausages into slices. Mix oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar and water in a salad bowl. Season with pepper. Mix beans, leek, onions and sausages into the marinade. Let the salad steep for a few minutes. Cut parsley into fine strips. Mix into the salad just before serving.
