Beans salad

Bean salad is versatile. Bean salad tastes very spicy due to the spicy marinade. Kidney beans and white beans from the can rinse and drain. Cut leek and onion into thin rings. Cut wiener into slices. In a salad bowl, whisk together corn germ oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar and cold water. Season with ground pepper. Mix the beans, leek, onion and Vienna sausage into the marinade. Let the salad stand for a few minutes. Cut parsley into fine strips. Mix into the salad shortly before serving.
