180 g Mie eggs noodles
0,25 l Water
300 g China Cabbage
100 g Leeks
150 g Soy bean sprouts
2 Onions
2 Garlic cloves
5 tbsp Soy Oil
250 g Minced meat
150 g Peas
5 tbsp Soy sauce

Bami Goreng with minced meat is a classic Indonesian dish. Bami Goreng means fried noodles. Pour the boiling water over the pasta. Leave to stand for 5 minutes. Drain into a sieve and drain very well. Cut China cabbage into fine strips. Cut the leek into thin rings. Rinse and drain the soy beans. Cut onions into slices. Cut the garlic into fine slices. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok. Brown the minced meat vigorously. Push the minced meat to the edge of the wok. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok. Fry the onions, garlic and cabbage briefly while stirring. Mix leek, soy beans and peas into the Bami Goreng with minced meat. Push Bami Goreng with minced meat to the edge. Put the noodles in the middle of the wok. Fry well and mix with the vegetables. Season Bami Goreng with soy sauce and pepper.
