Apple muesli

Apple muesli
Quantity Ingredient
3 tbsp Coarse oat flakes
3 tbsp Sunflower seeds
6 tsp Linseed, gold
1 tsp Orange peel
450 g Yogurt
3 tsp Acacia Honey
3 Apple

Apple muesli is quick and easy to prepare. The finely grated apple makes the muesli taste very refreshing. For the muesli, first fry oat flakes, sunflower seeds, linseed and finely grated orange peel in a pan until it begins to smell. Allow to cool. Mix yoghurt with honey. Cut 6 slices from an apple for decoration. Grate the rest of the apples with the skin coarsely. Mix into the yoghurt. Fill into bowls. Sprinkle the muesli mixture over the yoghurt. Decorate with apple slices.
