These meatballs are particularly loose and juicy. They can be served hot or cold. Knead the minced meat, eggs and breadcrumbs flour until the minced meat becomes smooth. Finely dice onion and mix in. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Form 6 meatballs with slightly moistened hands. Press slightly flat. Heat the oil in a pan. Briefly fry the meatballs on both sides. If you set the temperature too high, the meatballs will quickly become too dark on the outside while they are still raw on the inside. Therefore switch the temperature to medium. Fry the meatballs slowly for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
