Glüh wine non-alcoholic

Glüh wine non-alcoholic

Glüh wine non-alcoholic is healthy and tastes very good not only to children. You should always offer a non-alcoholic variant of Glüh wine for all those who do not want to drink alcohol but still want to enjoy a warming drink. Since red grape juice alone is a little too sweet, I mixed it with a little bit tart black currant juice, which also gives the Glüh wine its strong dark colour without alcohol. Due to the spices, the Glüh wine can hardly be distinguished from normal Glüh wine by its non-alcoholic taste. Since the juices used are already sweetened, you do not need to add any more sugar. Pour grape juice, red and currant juice, black into a small saucepan or saucepan and season with a clove and half a cinnamon stick. Cinnamon powder is not so well suited, since it settles and would float on the surface of the Glüh wine alcohol-free. Cut a slice of lemon from an untreated organic lemon and place it in the juice. Heat the wine non-alcoholic, but do not let it boil. As soon as the Glüh wine begins to steam non-alcoholic, remove the spices and lemon slice again and fill the Glüh wine non-alcoholic into heat-resistant glasses. For thinner glasses, it is advisable to place a teaspoon or glass pestle in the glass before filling the hot Glüh wine with non-alcoholic wine so that the glass does not crack.
