Potato Wedges - Potato Corners
Quantity Ingredient
750 g New potatoes
3 tbsp Sunflower Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Paprika powder

For Potato Wedges - Potato Corners preheat the oven to 220° C. Wash and brush the potatoes. Cut into small potato corners. Put Potato Wedges on a cloth. Cover with a second cloth. Dry potato corners well. Pour into a bowl. Season oil with salt and paprika powder. Mix with the Potato Wedges. Distribute on a baking tray. Bake Potato Wedges on the middle shelf for 40 to 45 minutes, turning occasionally.
