Falafel in baking oven

For Falafel in the oven bake the chick peas poured into a sieve and rinse with water until the water remains clear. Drain chick peas, pour into a mixing bowl and puree with lemon juice. Kicher peas puree strongly season with salt, cumin powder and chili powder. Cut onion and garlic into fine cubes and add to the puree with chopped parsley. Mix the flour with a levelled teaspoon of baking powder and the breadcrumbs and knead in the flour. Preheat the oven to 200° C. With lightly floured hands form 12 small falafel, place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and brush with oil. Bake the falafel in the oven for 15 minutes on the middle shelf until golden brown. To Falafel in the baking oven taste as a side dish chickpeas puree, couscous salad or taboule.
