Falafel with chick peas puree

Falafel with Kicher peas puree is served with couscous or a fresh salad. Pour the chick peas from the can into a sieve and rinse with fresh water until the water remains clear. Falafel, see recipe, fry in plenty of oil. For the puree, pour the chick peas into a blender jug. Mix the Tahina Sesame Paste well until the oil in the glass combines with the Sesame Paste. Then add 20 g Tahina sesame paste to the blender jug. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and puree. Gradually add mineral water until a smooth puree is obtained. Peel garlic, press through the garlic press and add. Season the Kicher peas puree with salt and cayenne pepper. Falafel with Kicher peas puree, as seen above in the photo, on plates arrange and fresh salad or couscous salad in addition serve.
