Kicher peas puree

Kicher Erbsen Püree is an oriental starter that is served with fresh flat bread or as a side dish with taboule and falafel. Pour the chick peas from the can into a sieve, rinse, drain and place in a mixing bowl. Add Tahina sesame paste to the chick peas and puree with freshly squeezed lemon juice and olive oil. Add mineral water until the puree becomes creamy. Peel garlic, press through the garlic press and stir in. Season the chick peas puree with salt and cayenne pepper and arrange in small bowls. Garnish the puree with a few chick peas and some cayenne pepper.
