Aubergine Grill Package

500 g Eggplant
200 g Tomatoes
0,5 Onions
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Lime juice
Pepper & Salt
1 Paprika powder
0,5 tbsp Parsley
0,5 tbsp Dill
4 tbsp Cold water
90 g Pickled peppers

Aubergine grill packets can be prepared on the electric grill, charcoal grill or in the grill pan. Cut the eggplants lengthwise into 1 cm thick slices. Season with salt. Cut the edge pieces into small cubes. From the tomatoes cut 3 thick slices and put aside. Cut the rest of the tomatoes into small cubes. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Steam in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add aubergine cubes. Lightly sear. Add the tomato cubes and braise briefly. Season with lime juice, pepper, salt and paprika powder. Chop parsley and dill finely and add. Add water and thicken the sauce slightly. Dry aubergine slices with kitchen paper. Brush with 2 tablespoons of oil from both sides. Grill on both sides for 4 minutes. Cross 2 slices each. Drain the peppers. Place a piece of paprika in the middle of each eggplant. Place the lower aubergine slice over the paprika. Place a slice of tomato over each. Fold the upper eggplant slice over it to form a package. Put the packets together with the skewers. Puree the sauce. Arrange the parcels with the sauce.
