Banana Bread BBA

0,3 l Milk
450 g Wheat Flour Type 405
3 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Salt
50 g Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
1 Bananas
20 g Yeast
60 g Walnut kernels

Banana bread BBA is baked in the bread baking machine and has a delicate crust. The next day the banana bread BBA becomes softer, but tastes very good toasted. Pour milk into the container of the bread baking machine. Sprinkle with flour. Add honey. Sprinkle with salt and butter flakes. Add vanilla sugar. Crush the banana into mush. Add and crumble fresh yeast over it. Select basic program, level 2 with light tanning and start. After the first beep, add walnut kernels. After 3 hours the banana bread BBA is ready. Then brown banana bread BBA for another 5 minutes under the oven grill, level 3, so that it also gets a light crust on the top.
