Stuffed mushrooms with minced meat

Stuffed mushrooms with minced meat are baked in the oven. Preheat baking oven to 220° C. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Dice the stems and shallots. Pour into a bowl. Mix in the minced tartar meat and the tomato pulp. Season with pepper, salt and herbs. Form small balls from the minced meat and fill into the mushrooms. Place stuffed mushrooms in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Sprinkle stuffed mushrooms with oil. Bake for 20 minutes on the middle shelf. Stuffed mushrooms with minced meat taste good with baguette.
