For Bock sausage casserole first boil Pell potatoes. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables for the buck sausage casserole. Dice onion and paprika. Cut the zucchini into slices. Heat butter in a saucepan. Sauté the vegetables, add the broth, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Bock sausage cut into slices. Peel and slice the potatoes. Pour the potatoes, vegetables and bock sausage into a lightly greased casserole dish. Grate cheese and mix with eggs and milk. Season with pepper and salt and spread over the buck sausage casserole. Place the bacon in strips on top. Bake the casserole on the middle shelf for 30 minutes.
