Flamm Cake Snack

250 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,5 tsp Salt
20 g Yeast
5 tbsp Milk
0,5 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
1 Eggs
200 g Cream Fraiche
Pepper from the mill
Nutmeg Nutmeg
250 g Vegetables Onion
70 g Bacon bacon cubes

Flamm cake snack fits very well Beaujoulais Primeur or Federweißer. Mix flour with salt. Dissolve fresh yeast in lukewarm milk and pour into flour. Knead in sugar, oil and egg. Cover the dough and leave to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place. Knead again by hand on a lightly floured work surface. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. For flame cake snack divide the dough into 3 pieces. Roll out to oblong flat cakes. Place Flamm cake snack on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Season cream fraiche with pepper and nutmeg. Spread on the dough. Cut onion into thin slices and spread over the flame cake snack. Cut the bacon into pieces and spread over them. Flamm cake snack 20 minutes on the middle rail bake.
