Bacon Pancakes

150 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,25 l Milk
3 Egg yolk
1 Onions
30 g Margarine
1 tbsp Mineral Water
3 Albumen
120 g Bacon bacon cubes

For bacon pancake flour season with a pinch of salt. Stir in the milk. Separate eggs. Stir the egg yolk into the dough. Store protein. Cut the onion into cubes. In a frying pan let out some margarine, fry onions until translucent, let cool slightly and stir into the dough. Let the dough swell for 20 minutes. Stir in mineral water briefly. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold loosely into the dough. Bake three bacon pancakes. Heat the margarine in a pan and sauté some bacon. Pour a ladle of dough over the bacon and allow the pancake to set at medium temperature. As soon as the dough is firm, slide the pancake onto a flat plate. Return to the pan upside down and bake ready.
