Apple Mush Quark with Calvados

300 g Cream Quark
2 cl Calvados Apple Brand
300 g Apple puree
2 tsp Acacia Honey
90 g Pecan nuts

Apple Mush Quark with Calvados tastes most aromatic with homemade apple mush. For children it is essential to prepare apple puree quark without Calvados and instead stir some apple juice into the quark. Instead of the sweeter pecan nuts you can also use walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds. Pour the cream quark into a bowl and stir Calvados or apple juice into the quark with a whisk. Add the apple puree and mix well. Sweeten apple puree quark with acacia honey or another thin honey. Crunch the pecan nuts, remove the peel and chop the nuts coarsely. Put some halves of the pecan nuts aside for decoration, as shown in the photo above. Stir the pecan nuts into the apple puree quark and pour into portion bowls. So that the apple puree curd becomes spoon-fixed again, the dessert is best placed in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
