Brat Sausage Cake

For the roast sausage cake flour mix with some salt. Knead in cold margarine in flakes and an egg. Form a ball from the short dough, wrap in foil and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Cut the sausage into slices. For the glaze of the cake, mix Creme Fraiche with mustard and 2 eggs and season with pepper. Cut the chives into small rolls and stir in. Preheat oven to 200°. Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface, dust with a little flour and roll out. Place the short dough in a quiche dish with a diameter of 26 cm and form an edge. Prick the cake base several times with a fork. Spread the sausage slices on the dough and cover with the icing. Brat Bratst sausage cake on the middle rail 40 minutes bake.
