Foil Potato with Herbs Quark

For foil potatoes with herbs curd preheat oven to 225° C. Wash potatoes of the same size, brush and dry well. Cut the aluminium foil into pieces. Lightly grease the matt side. Wrap the potatoes. Bake the potatoes on the middle shelf for 45 minutes. Quark and spice cucumber water mix. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Press the garlic through the garlic press and stir into the quark. Finely chop the herbs. Mix it with the curd. Take the potatoes out of the oven. Open slides. Push the potato apart with a fork. Arrange foils of potatoes with herbs of quark. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
