Cretan potatoes

Cretan potatoes
Quantity Ingredient
600 g Potatoes
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Pepper & Salt
500 g Sour cream
6 tbsp Cream
2 tbsp Mayonnaise

Cretan potatoes are gratinated with a creamy sauce. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Peel the potatoes and plane them into thin slices. Halve the garlic, rub a casserole dish with it and brush with oil. Season the Cretan potatoes with salt and pepper. Mix sour cream, cream and mayonnaise and mix in. Pour the Cretan potatoes into a casserole dish. Bake on the middle shelf for 50 minutes. Cretan potatoes go very well as a side dish with lamb steaks.
