Grater cake

500 g Boiling Potatoes
1 Onions
2 Eggs
30 g Wheat Flour Type 405
Pepper & Salt
2 tbsp Oil

Grated cakes taste very good when sprinkled with sugar and served with homemade apple compote or apple puree. Also with turnips cabbage or a slice of black bread with butter grater cakes are served. Preheat oven to 50° C to keep warm. Peel potatoes and onion and grate finely and mix. Pour into a cloth and squeeze out vigorously. Mix in eggs and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Do not bake more than three grater cakes at a time. Once the edge slightly browned, turn the grater cake. Fill the finished grater cake on a plate and place in the oven.
