Bacon Potato Salad

500 g Boiling Potatoes
1 Onions
0,125 l Broth
2 tbsp White wine vinegar
1 tsp Sugar
Pepper & Salt
100 g Streaky bacon
20 g Butter
0,5 tbsp Parsley

Bacon Potato Salad is served lukewarm. Pell potatoes boil, drain and briefly rinse with cold water. Pellet, cut into slices and fill into a bowl. Dice the onion and put it in a pot. Add stock, vinegar and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the broth for 5 minutes. Pour hot over the potato salad. Dice the bacon and fry until crispy in butter. Mix the bacon with the potato salad. Bacon potato salad 30 minutes to infuse. Chop the parsley and sprinkle the potato salad over the bacon.
