Bavarian ham noodles

Bavarian ham noodles are a simple and quick lunch. Cook the noodles. Cut leek onions into fine rings. Finely dice the garlic cloves. Cut the cooked ham into small cubes. Pour the pasta into a sieve and drain. Heat the butter lightly in the pot. Brown the leek, onions and garlic at a low temperature. Add the cooked ham and sauté briefly. Add noodles. Mix Bavarian ham noodles with grated cheese and season with white pepper. Serve Bavarian ham noodles in a preheated bowl.
