Aussie Beef Meat Curry

600 g Beef goulash
2 tbsp Wheat Flour Type 405
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Maize Germ Oil
2 Bananas
1 Onions
10 g Ginger
1 Chilli pod
Dried coriander
Turmeric Powder
Pepper & Salt
0,5 l Broth
1 Apple
30 g Coconut rasp
30 g Sultanas
2 tbsp Fresh coriander

This recipe for Aussie beef meat curry comes from Australia. It is served with banana sambal, which goes well with Aussie beef meat curry and reduces the spiciness of the dish. Turn goulash in flour. Knock off excess flour. Heat oil in a stew pot. Sauté the goulash in portions and place in a bowl. Preheat baking oven to 180° C. Peel the onion and ginger, cut into fine slices and sauté in a pot. Core the chilli, cut into fine cubes and add. Stir in 1 tablespoon curry powder. Add 1/2 tsp each dried coriander and turmeric. Season with salt and pepper. Add the broth. Add goulash with roast juice to the pot. Put a lid on it. Bake Aussie beef curry for 1 hour on the middle shelf in the oven. Peel and core the apple and cut into cubes. Stir apple, 10 g coconut rasp and sultanas into the Aussie beef meat curry. Bake for another 30 minutes without lid. Cut fresh coriander into strips and sprinkle over the Aussie beef meat curry shortly before serving. For the sambal cut bananas into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice, turn in 20 g coconut rasps and serve.
